Brumbr for Business - Privacy Policy

Brumbr for Business ("we", "our", or "us") is a separate app for a place that wants one pin on the Brumbr map and wants to send a campaign to people nearby. This policy covers only Brumbr for Business. The Brumbr app for people has its own policy at brumbr.net/privacy.

1. Who We Are

Brumbr for Business is operated by Lachezar Ivanov, based in Bulgaria. Questions about this policy go to brumbr.app@gmail.com.

2. Data We Collect

Account

Name and email address from Google sign-in or Apple sign-in. There is no separate password.

Your place

The place name, category, and the coordinates you set. The pin stays where you put it. It does not follow the phone.
A photo of the facade, taken when you confirm you are at the place.
A one-time location check, only to confirm that the phone is within 50 meters of the pin. We do not keep a live track of the phone.
For a hotel, clinic, bank, or chain, a company document you choose to upload so we can confirm the place.

Campaigns

The text you write, and any photo, link, directions, promo code, or QR code you add, plus the start and end time.

Credits

Purchase history for prepaid credit packs bought through Apple In-App Purchase and processed by RevenueCat. There is no monthly subscription.

3. What the app does not show you

Brumbr for Business does not show nearby people, their chats, or their traces. A campaign reaches people who use Brumbr and have not turned off notifications from places. You see aggregate counts only, not who received a notification.

4. How We Use Your Data

The account - to sign you in and keep the place and the wallet on that account.
The place - to show the pin on the Brumbr map after it is verified, and to check that a confirmation was made on site.
Campaigns - to send the notification you asked for, inside the limits of the credits you bought.
Credits - to add a pack to the business wallet and to record what was spent.
Security - to detect abuse and keep the platform safe.

We do not sell your data.

5. Who We Share Data With

We share data only with services that run the app:

Google (Firebase) - Google or Apple sign-in.
Apple - the purchase, and delivery of the push notification.
RevenueCat - the prepaid credit pack purchase.
Our servers - the account, the place, the campaign, and the wallet.

6. How Long We Keep It

The account, the place, and the campaigns stay while the account is active.
If you ask us to delete the account, we delete the personal data we hold for it.
A purchase record may be kept for as long as accounting rules require.

7. Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, a correction, or deletion. Write to brumbr.app@gmail.com.

8. Children

Brumbr for Business is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
